Description:

Formerly known as Trachycarpus khasianus.

There are two varieties of this palm, the Nepal form has slightly smaller leaves with fewer segments and is more tolerant of frost and drought since it grows further north at higher altitudes. Equal growth rates and a welcome elegance addition to your garden. More information available from "Principes" Vol. 38:2
