NCPS at Orchids in the Park 2026

Join us for our first event of the 2026 season — we're excited to partner with the San Francisco Orchid Society at their beloved annual summer sale, Orchids in the Park.
The Northern California Palm Society will have a table at the show where you can meet board members, learn about joining, and talk palms with fellow enthusiasts. It's a great opportunity to introduce friends and family to the chapter in a festive, garden-filled setting.
1. Sign up to help with manning the NCPS Table at the Orchids in the Park Show
Please sign up to help with manning the NCPS table at the show. An hour or two either day (July 25 or July 26) would be great. Volunteers receive a free pass to the Orchids in the Park show, a free lunch voucher, and a VIP parking permit.
The table will be closed from 1-2 PM on Saturday for the SG Botanical Gardens growing grounds tour.
Register below with the best times for you to help out, morning or afternoon. Thom will be coordinating the roster.
2. Sign Up to Receive a Free Pass to the Orchids in Park Show - courtesy of The Orchids Society
The Orchid Society are offering ten free passes to NCPS members to the Orchids in the Park show. If you are interested, please sign up below with your name and email. The Orchid Society will email details on how to redeem your free pass. If you would like two passes, please provide two names and emails as the Orchid Society can only send out details for a pass to an individual email address.
The pass is valid for either Saturday, July 25 or Sunday, July 26, or both days, and is a savings of $10-$15 per person.
Orchid in the Park Event Details
- Saturday July 25: 10am – 5pm
- Sunday July 26: 10am – 4pm
- Admission: Free (kids 12 & under free)
- Advance weekend passes: $10 (rises to $15 at the door)*
*If you are helping out with staffing the table, you will get a free pass, luncheon voucher, and a parking pass.
